then,

3 sets for times of:
Run 270 meters
Alternating DB Snatch x 10 reps (100)
12 in deficit Handstand Push-ups x 7 reps

-2:43, 2:53, 2:55

Alternated rounds with B-Mike. Kept things pretty close to a 1:1 work/rest ratio.

REST A COUPLE HOURS THEN,

22 TOTAL CLIMBS (11 EACH)
-HELD THE SANDBAG IN A FRONT RACK, DEFINITELY STARTED TO BURN NEAR THE END.
