Weekend training & an odd-lift PR!


FRIDAY


Fun day in the pool. All 50s were done under <60 seconds! 


SATURDAY


Just messing around after Oly class...
Third attempt @ 200# - surprised I got it!

then,

Good volume work. Was able to work on movement efficiency, and identify some things I tend to overlook when I'm fatigued. Productive.
