Nothing felt sharp today. Good speed, but hips & shoulders were tight and couldn't really find a good position.

GHD Sit-ups
Sled pushes were down & back across a sticky rubber LRC floor. Rows & GHD Sit-ups were done for 15 reps each. Afterward messed around with some light handstand work, mobilized a bit (trying to open my hips up--they were TOYT) and helped coach Brian through some Regional prep work.
