Swim WOD!


AM-
 
Every 2.5 minutes OTM X 8:
Swim 100yd (with fins)
 
then,
 
Every minute OTM X 10:
Underwater swim 25yd (with fins)
 
-100yd sets avg 1:40-1:45. Underwater swims were b/t 22-23 seconds per. Fun workout. Felt pretty smooth in the water.

And sometimes, at 10:00 at night after a 2-hour Spanish final, you get the inclination to do this:
