Last 2 days



THURSDAY

Training consisted of: a couple trips out to the buoy and back, some touch rugby, lake whiffle ball, and a fair amount of boozin' & sunnin'. 

FRIDAY

PM-
Built to 5RM in the Thick Bar Deadlift
449 X 5 (15# PR)

then,
Messed around with some thick bar Power Clean & jerks.
